We’ll hear about Caroline Eden’s former year of travels as she cooks in her cozy Edinburgh kitchen.

The chapters are arranged seasonally, beginning with winter. There are chapters on winter melons, Russian railway hand pies, springtime soup, hillside pasties, bilberry jam and teahouse brittle.

Each chapter ends with a recipe. Let’s cook or bake the recipes and share our photos and our comments on the recipes!
