I’ve been thinking about Halloween since July. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. I especially love cooking spooky food for my friends and family. The only issue is I don’t have any Halloween cookbooks on hand. I’ll frantically try to find things online!
Hocus Pocus is the theme of this year’s Halloween for me. This is because I’ve never seen it and want to know what the hype is about. Luckily, I have a cookbook that will help me in my quest!

In this cookbook we will find 60 frightful recipes! They are all inspired by everyone’s favorite witches and their spells, potions, and schemes. Some examples are… Burning Rain of Death Punch, William’s Wormy Grave Tombstone Cake, Dead Man’s Toes Sausage Appetizers, Baked Witch Casserole, “Way to Go, Virgin” mocktails. I giggled at the mocktails!
There’s a combination of recipes that look creepy and ones that sound creepy. I prefer to have a variety during my Halloween get-together!
Even if you aren’t thinking of having a party, you can whip up some of these dishes for a quiet night in.

At the very top of the recipe we get some insights on where it comes from. Usually, the dish is inspired by a quote in the movie. Apparently, some of these dishes are featured in the film!
