Most of you are aware that I have Celiac disease. Therefore, I am always seeking out new cookbooks that specialize in being gluten-free. This is especially important for the incoming holiday season. We don’t want to leave ourselves or our loved ones out of the festivities!

I especially love the photography throughout this cookbook.
I see recipes that are fantastic for both novice and experienced bakers. Some dishes can be quite involved – which I would save for a weekend.

The “Easy Gluten-Free Baking Cookbook: 65 Sweet and Savory Favorites” cookbook by Jessica Kirk is all about demystifying gluten-free baking. It doesn’t have to be difficult or taste funky. There are plenty of deliciously simple recipes you won’t even notice are gluten-free.
We learn about breakfast treats, cakes, pies, pastries, tarts, and so much more! Don’t worry – there are a whole bunch of savory recipes to take a look at too.
My favorite recipes that I’ve seen so far are the Mini Garlic Breadsticks and Monster Bars!
Unfortunately, I can’t see how easy or difficult each dish is to make. I do enjoy the variety of sweet treats they’ve provided in the “Easy Gluten-Free Baking Cookbook: 65 Sweet and Savory Favorites” cookbook.
If you feel limited in what you eat because you can’t eat gluten, this cookbook will help!

I’m discovering that more and more of my loved ones are unable to eat both gluten and dairy. Even my husband struggles with it! I am always keeping food intolerances in mind while in the kitchen. I want to learn the basics of dairy-free and gluten-free cooking so it comes naturally.

I am thrilled to see that Alice Wiggins dives into the details of vegan and gluten-free baking. She breaks down all kinds of alternative ingredients. For dairy, we can use various plant-based kinds of milk and oil. For gluten-free baking, we can use tapioca and brown rice flour. There are all kinds of tips and tricks throughout this cookbook.

I love her cookbooks because she makes gluten-free cooking very approachable! I’ve only had a few failed recipes, but that was on me. She includes alternatives for those who need dairy-free, vegetarian, low fodmap, etc. It is super handy!
If you are someone who needs a cookbook full of gluten-free bakes – this is my number one pick!

I have a bit of an issue with the whole “paleo” fad diet as a whole. I won’t get into the details of that. I do admit that paleo-diet cookbooks tend to have a lot of fantastic gluten-free recipes.
I enjoy the photography of The Frugal Paleo Cookbook: Affordable, Easy & Delicious Paleo Cooking cookbook, so I wanted to mention it. Everything looks appetizing!
There are 125 recipes to satiate any craving. In addition, the important part about The Frugal Paleo Cookbook: Affordable, Easy & Delicious Paleo Cooking is how economically sound it is. Ciarra Colacino focuses on cutting cost without losing flavor.
This cookbook is organized in a fairly traditional manner. The chapters included are beef and lamb, poultry, seafood, eggs, veggie, and more. This makes it easy to compile meal plans every week.
I was surprised to see so many unique recipes in The Frugal Paleo Cookbook: Affordable, Easy & Delicious Paleo Cooking! There are dishes from Creole Style Marrow to Lamb Meatballs in a Creamy Curry Sauce – Yum!
Gluten-Free Instant Pot Cookbook: 75 Hands-Off Recipes for Everyday Cooking

During the holiday season, I always use my Instant Pot. I’m looking forward to seeing what recipes are in the Gluten-Free Instant Pot Cookbook: 75 Hands-Off Recipes for Everyday Cooking.
What I love most about this cookbook is the variety of sweet and savory recipes. For instance, we have a Sweet Vanilla Polenta and Tapioca Recipe along with a Pork Ragu and Spinach Dip! You can do just about anything with an instant pot.
There are a lot of helpful tips in Gluten-Free Instant Pot Cookbook: 75 Hands-Off Recipes for Everyday Cooking. One suggestion is to have different seal rings. This is so that savory recipes don’t interfere with the sweet ones. This makes a lot of sense!
Of course, my favorite part about Instant Pot recipes is that you can stick everything in and walk away. I like that it cooks for you and you’ll have a meal ready in an hour or less. This will be helpful if you’re hosting any holiday gatherings this year!
