One thing I did not do last year in 2020 is bake my own bread – I managed to miss that trend. Luckily I can catch up with a bunch of bread baking cookbooks coming out this year. Even if we have to stay inside during the cold season, we will be more prepared!

This cookbook ultimately helps you learn the bread basics. It also encourages us to be creative after we get the basics down. Most of these recipes are very generic, giving you the option to give it your own flair.
