The authors Sharon and Charlotte Collins have been in the food business for quite a few years. Sharon has worked behind the scenes by growing up on a dairy farm and transferring to being a maple syrup manufacturer. She is obsessed with seasonal foods and how best to use them. Charlotte has been plant-based for over twelve years, which means she has grown to learn how to adjust the things she loves to be healthier. This is why I can safely say these two ladies make sure that these pancake recipes can be healthy.
The Pancakes Make People Happy cookbook would make a perfect gift to any of your loved ones, because it surely will make them smile.
I also think this cookbook is a fantastic way to boost our creativity and start making some very interesting pancakes!
