I love meat and cheese, but honestly a lot of the time a delicious vegetable stir-fry with tofu is exactly what I’m craving. There are so many ways to use tofu, just like you would any animal product. One of my favorite parts about tofu is that it absorbs all the flavor. Marinate tofu in delicious teriyaki or a lemon garlic sauce and it’s like a sponge! I think as a meat eater, I’ve pigeon-holed myself into thinking tofu only goes in certain dishes. It’s a goal of mine to eat healthier this year which means learning better ways of preparing tofu!
