Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Valentine’s Day is around the corner. I know this holiday is a mixed bag for a lot of people, but I think we should take the time and enjoy it. It’s a holiday to celebrate our loved ones, but we can also take today and spoil ourselves. No need to have a significant other to enjoy Valentine’s Day! Honestly, my favorite part is the food and sweets (in particular red velvet!)

I’m seeing a lot of delightful recipes in Taste of Home Valentine’s Day mini binder! This cookbook will come in handy all year around, but especially during the holiday. Take a look!
I am so excited that this cookbook has a list of sweet and savory recipes throughout! There are about 205 pages that take you on a journey to prepare for a very indulgent day. Half of the Taste of Home Valentine’s Day mini binder cookbook lists recipes for breakfast, lunch, and an epic dinner. The other half dives into sweet treats like cakes, candy, and cookies.
Many of these recipes are classics, which I absolutely love. There is a very easy red velvet cinnamon roll recipe, an asparagus soup, and tasty creamy bowtie pasta. There are a few unique finds such as blueberry sour cream coffee cake and bacon water chestnut wraps! There’s enough here to keep you and your loved ones happy for a long time and never get bored!
These dishes don’t require anything too elaborate. In fact, when it applies, premade things are definitely suggested (like cake mixes). The ingredients are readily available at pretty much every grocery store and probably in your pantry right now. This means you can look forward to a stress free Valentine’s Day!
Most recipes in this Taste of Home Valentine’s Day mini binder take about 30 minutes to make! Some are a little longer, but if you want to create the perfect day for a loved one or yourself, you want to spend less time in the kitchen!
****Just a side note, this recipe above is called “You are the Bacon to my Eggs”, I just thought it was super sweet!****
Like I said, Taste of Home Valentine’s Day mini binder goes beyond Valentine’s Day. There’s even a section for “Galentine’s Day”, which comes from the second season of Parks and Rec, the episode called “Galentine’s Day,” in which Leslie gathers a group of her closest gal pals for a brunch of waffles and love.
Celebrate love with your friends, family, or yourself with the Taste of Home Valentine’s Day mini binder cookbook! Nothing expresses love better than a delicious treat or meal. I can’t wait to make those red velvet cinnamon rolls this year (gluten free obviously!)
