The Bread Machine Book: 75 Unforgettable, Unfussy Recipes for Every Baker, by Lukas Volger (March 4, 2025)

75 recipes for baked bread, including ranch rolls, brioche, milk bread, and tea cake. Each recipe presents a “fast” way to make the bread in your bread machine and a “slow way.” You choose which method you prefer, but the slower way does yield more flavorful bread.

A Grain, a Green, a Bean: One Simple Formula, Countless Meatless Meals by Gena Hamshaw (April 25, 2025)

A nutritionist presents 80 plant-based recipes for meals. Each has a grain (such as a bread or pasta), a dark leafy green vegetable, and some kind of beans to add protein. Chapters include Bowls & Salads, Beans & Greens on Bread, Stovetop Meals, Oven to Table, Basics and Sweet Things.

The Scarr’s Pizza Cookbook: New York-Style Pizza for Everybody, by Scarr Pimentel (March 25, 2025)

30 recipes for New York style pizza using organic ingredients. Love that this includes step-by-step photos for the pizzas. Besides pizzas, the cookbook includes cocktail recipes, and recipes for calzones, Meatball Parm and garlic knots.

Sesame: Global Recipes + Stories of an Ancient Seed, by Rachel Simons (April 29, 2025)

This ingredient-focused cookbook features 80 vegetarian-forward recipes. Each recipe uses sesame oil, sesame seeds, tahini, halva or sesame paste. Other chefs and cookbook authors have contributed recipes to this cookbook as well, including David Lebovitz and Molly Yeh.

Setting a Place for Us: Recipes and Stories of Displacement, Resilience, and Community from Eight Countries Impacted by War, by Hawa Hassan (May 13, 2025)

75 recipes from war-torn countries or countries with geopolitical conflict, including Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, El Salvador, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia and Yemen. Besides the recipes (which include local ingredients to that country), each chapter introduces the country, its culture and history.

The Wishbone Kitchen Cookbook: Seasonal Recipes for Everyday Luxury and Elevated Entertaining, by Meredith Hayden (May 6, 2025)

The author teaches us to cook, host and eat like a private chef, with 100 recipes for dinner party foods. There are recipes you can make in 20 minutes, snacks and shareables, and also showstopping centerpiece dishes. I host quite often, and I’m looking forward to reading through this cookbook!
