I adore Gennaro Contaldo, and his cookbooks are fantastic. This cookbook presents classics and new recipes that embrace slow cooking and honor the slow food movement. There are recipes for casseroles, one-pot dishes roasts, soups and stews.

Sri Owen Indonesian Food, by Sri Owen (September 24, 2024)

Sri Owen introduces us to the rich culinary history of Indonesian food, and what the food means to him. There are 100 recipes for basics, staples, and food for festivals and special occasions. Many of the recipes within have been passed down through generations.
