Another new edition of a classic bestselling cookbook. This one features 250 recipes for Italian classics as well as regional specialties from all over Italy. The foreward is by Molly Baz.

A guide to Jewish celebrations and holidays, with crafts as well as recipes. I’m eager to see the Rainbow Challah and I’m always up for a new shakshouka recipe. And yes, there’s a potato latkes recipe!

It’s going to be a wonderful autumn this year while we peruse and enjoy these new cookbooks from Knopf!
