There’s a beautiful new cookbook coming out in the US in October 2024 from Hardie Grant Books.
“French Kitchen Lessons: Recipes & Stories from Normandy’s Rabbit Hill Farm” is by Cat Bude, who runs a farm and teaches cooking classes at Rabbit Hill Farm in Normandy, France.
The book begins by introducing French kitchen tools and utensils and explaining French cooking techniques. Next, we’re taught to make pastry crust, stocks and broths, and sauces.
