Cookbook Preview: Zaytinya by Jose Andres

Chef José Andrés has a new cookbook coming out, based on his restaurant chain Zaytinya, which has locations in Washington DC, New York City, and South Beach in Florida.

It’s “Zaytinya: Delicious Mediterranean Dishes from Greece, Turkey, and Lebanon” (Ecco, March 2024). The book shares over 150 recipes from those cultural food traditions. You can read more about the book on the chef’s Substack

From Amazon previews, I see recipes for preserved lemons, watermelon and feta salad, chilled yogurt soup, and za’atar pide.
