- Everyday Eats
- Low & Slow
- Sweet Delights

Next, here comes “Vibrant Vegetables: 100+ Delicious Recipes Using 20+ Common Veggies,” by Janneke Philippi. It arrives on US bookshelves on March 4, 2024.
I’m especially excited about this cookbook since I’m a lifelong vegetarian and I eat lots of veggies, but usually the same boring way.
This cookbook features 20 vegetables, sharing 100 recipes in total. I’m most eager to check out Mushroom Lasagna and Crispy Camembert (that one has my mouth watering already!)
Visit Janneke Philippi’s website, Instagram and Facebook profiles.
We’ll share more info on these two cookbooks as soon as possible!
