We’re going to be spending a lot of time in our kitchens this weekend and through the next week as Thanksgiving nears. I am not a person who puts on a lot of music in the kitchen; I work best with some background noise or “white noise.”
Here are some of my favorite new rainy autumn YouTube background noise videos that came out this month.
This Cozy Rain Rustic Cabin Kitchen soothing background noise video is by Nature Sound Retreat. It makes me want to make soup and bake cornbread. Be sure to give this content creator a Thumbs Up and comment if you enjoyed this video. I did!
ASMR doesn’t do anything for me, but I did enjoy this cozy kitchen ambience video with crackling fireplace sounds. This might be what I put on when I’m batching my freezer casseroles. It’s by the Sweet Dreams channel.
If you’re looking for something a little more musical, less fireplace noise-ish, try Autumn Ambience with Cozy Country Kitchen Music for Relaxation. It’s by Charisse Van Horn. It might be a little too slow-paced and sleep-inducing for some people to use while cooking though, I admit.
I enjoyed this Chill Vibes Jazz LoFi Beats for Cooking and Relaxing video, with a bit of rain in the background. (I live in Seattle though so I don’t really need to simulate hearing rain, lol!) The channel is Chill Vibes.
