One of our top favorite cookbook publishers is Interlink Publishing. They publish really interesting cookbooks, usually focused on global or international cuisines. Here are the five autumn cookbook releases we’re most looking forward to.

Home Food – Sept 27, 2022 – by Olia Hercules and Joe Woodhouse. Another new cookbook by Olia Hercules, who is of Ukrainian descent. This one features comfort food recipes from Ukraine, England, Cyprus, Italy and other countries. We have been following Olia Hercules’ Instagram posts closely, as she works to get help for her people during the war with Russia, and to showcase what’s going on in her beloved home country.
Salamati – Oct 11, 2022 – by Hamed Allahyari and Dani Valent. Here is a Middle Eastern cookbook, featuring Persian recipes and stories from Hamed’s kitchen in Iran. I love Middle Eastern cookbooks, and I’m definitely adding this one to my home cookbook library.
Motherland – Dec 6, 2022 – by Melissa Thompson. I haven’t explored many Jamaican cookbooks. This one intrigues me because it delves into the development of Jamaican cuisines, the evolution of Jamaican food, and teaches us about the Taino, indigenous Jamaicans.
Chinese-ish – Nov 8, 2022 – by Rosheen Kaul and Joanna Hu. This cookbook presents unabashedly inauthentic – but delicious – Chinese influencede home cooking recipes. I don’t often cook Chinese food at home, and I suspect this cookbook will encourage me to do so more often.
Palestine on a Plate – Sep 20, 2022 – by Joudie Kalla. This cookbook shares recipes and memories from the author’s kitchen, using ingredients that Joudie Kalla’s Palestinian mother and grandmother used. I am looking forward to trying out the recipe for honey dumplings!
