I was surprised to see that there are only four chapters!

Cooking shellfish requires a whole other set of skills, unlike other fish dishes. This is why I can’t wait to peek through the Shellfish: 50 Seafood Recipes for Shrimp, Crab, Mussels, Clams, Oysters, Scallops, and Lobster cookbook.
I have always wanted to learn how to cook shellfish properly. Honestly, I’ve only really handled shrimp! I became inspired after going to my uncle’s house for dinner. He made us a delightful seafood stew that my husband and I fell in love with! That’s when it dawned on me that I’ve hardly touched shellfish!
We will find 50 scrumptious shellfish dishes in this cookbook. Recipes include:
