I remember watching Tim and Eric’s show Tom Goes to the Mayor a long, long time ago. These guys are hysterical, irreverent, and ridiculous. When I saw that Eric Wareheim was coming out with a cookbook I thought it was a joke!

I know, it’s hard to believe – FOODHEIM: A Culinary Adventure is legitimate. The recipes are seriously scrumptious. Even the tone throughout the cookbook is lighthearted, but still earnest. To my amazement, this cookbook is incredibly helpful and full of recipes that will make you smile. You might not appreciate Eric Wareheim’s humor, but anyone would be lucky to carry this cookbook on their bookshelf.
For my contemporary food lovers out there, you’ll want to take a look at this cookbook as soon as possible. You’ll find some of our favorites like burgers, pizzas, tacos, but also healthier dishes with a bit of a twist! Honestly, if you enjoy food, you’ll adore everything Eric Wareheim has to offer.
Some of the chapters included in FOODHEIM: A Culinary Adventure are: Circle Foods, Grandma Foods, Juicy Foods, etc. My only concern is about how easy this cookbook will be to navigate!
This whole cookbook has been astounding. There are recipes for homemade pasta and pizza, glorious seafood broths with dippers, and out of this world sauces. In addition, he’s given us eight cocktail recipes that are some of his favorites (like the Negroni.)
There is a whole plethora of dishes that will excite you all week long. To my surprise, there are dishes that are quite difficult and involved. Don’t worry, there are also very approachable recipes that you can enjoy on the fly.
You bet I will be doing a YouTube look through once I get my hands on FOODHEIM: A Culinary Adventure!
