The One-Bowl Baker: Easy, Unfussy Recipes for Decadent Cakes, Brownies, Cookies and Breads

by Stephanie Simmons

I wanted to start with The One-Bowl Baker: Easy, Unfussy Recipes for Decadent Cakes, Brownies, Cookies and Breads cookbook because many of us are busy. Now that we are emerging from our homes and meeting with friends and family – a lot of us have our hands full. Being able to make desserts quick and easy using one bowl is a godsend!

Toss the box mix and bake fresh! Stephanie gives us time-saving tips and tricks throughout the cookbook. Making desserts from scratch is going to be just as easy as boxed mix, but truly tasty.

Some of the recipes you can make are salted chocolate peanut butter tarts or brown sugar and bourbon cherry crisps (yum!)

These will come in handy when school is in session, because it won’t take a lot of time and cleanup is effortless!

I am thrilled to see what other goodies are in The One-Bowl Baker: Easy, Unfussy Recipes for Decadent Cakes, Brownies, Cookies and Breads cookbook.

The point is to use a sheet pan to create these magnificent cakes. They’re secretly very easy to accomplish. Learn how to roll, layer, or frost each cake to make it look very professional.

Vegan Baking Made Easy: 60 Foolproof Plant-Based Recipes

by Rebecca Coleman

I haven’t tried my hand at vegan baking, but I know I need to try. Last year, I wasn’t convinced I would enjoy a 100% vegan (and gluten-free) pumpkin pie. Lo and behold, I was proven wrong by one of my friends. It was one of my favorite pies to date.

A lot of people are either going vegan or have chosen to be plant-based, that’s why Vegan Baking Made Easy: 60 Foolproof Plant-Based Recipes is so amazing!

We have over 60 completely vegan bakes in this cookbook that will change your outlook on vegan eats.

Almost every recipe uses no more than ten ingredients! That seems virtually impossible considering how many substitutes you may need to hold your bakes together.

Many of the bakes have adjustments to be nut-free or gluten-free! WOW! I am actually floored and very curious about the Vegan Baking Made Easy: 60 Foolproof Plant-Based Recipes cookbook!

Learn how to be successful when it comes to vegan baking with this cookbook. The recipes are easy and don’t consume a lot of time!

by Lorna Reeves

Lorna Reeves is back with another TeaTime magazine cookbook called Come for Tea: Favorite Recipes for Scones, Savories and Sweets!

Late summer and early fall are some of my favorite times to have tea parties! This is why I needed to include this cookbook, because it is also filled with so many dessert options!
