I am halfway through my month of going vegan and it has been great! The only gripe I have is I need more recipes to cover the rest of the month. Now that I am more aware that going vegan isn’t actually that big of a deal I’ll need to up my game!

Katy Beskow recognizes a lot of pitfalls to being a vegan, such as prep time, lack of resources, and lack of recipes. With her cookbook she assures us that everything in her cookbook is straightforward and ingredients are easy to find. She’s already given us 200 tasty recipes to look through!

I am really looking forward to the tofu and jackfruit guide! I remember a friend using jackfruit to substitute for meat long before I decided to try vegan. I couldn’t tell the difference in all honesty, so I am thrilled to see how else I can use it in my dishes!
Another really cool tool in the Easy Vegan Bible: 200 Easiest Ever Plant-Based Recipes cookbook is the key for each recipe. There are symbols to identify if the recipe is 1 pot, 5 ingredients, 15 minute cook time, 30 cook time, etc. This makes meal planning almost effortless!
The advice in the kitchen essentials is gold. Even as I skim I am about to make a list of things to get to make vegan cooking just a bit easier and time friendly.
There isn’t anything in here that doesn’t look delicious. All the photos are very elegant and bright – everything looks so fresh.
With 200 recipes, cooking vegan for every day of the year is going to be easy! You won’t get bored anytime soon with Easy Vegan Bible: 200 Easiest Ever Plant-Based Recipes cookbook. These meals are full of flavor and nutrients!
