I’m not sure about you, but I didn’t grow up in a household where eating healthy food was also convenient. Typically, in American culture, those two terms are polar opposites. I think we would all jump on that bandwagon if it existed, right? Turns out, I may have found the cookbook for that!

I thought to myself, “how on Earth can these be heatlhy? Or convenient!?” I was quickly hooked. If you’ve ever heard of the “Whole 30” diet, this book is a great introduction, especially if you lead a busy life!

As you can see, this cookbook is designed for convenience. But I really want to focus on the health aspect of this cookbook. Michelle Smith has 2 daughters. When they were young, Smith noticed that her daughters were eating a lot of processed food. Then it dawned on her that her entire family ate this way. Families all around the world are falling into the habit of eating easy processed foods!
Smith felt motivated to overhaul her home and begin eating paleo. Her family looked and felt healthier. This was her inspiration to begin food blogging and start her brand “Whole Smith”. Michelle Smith prides herself in using whole foods in an unpretentious way. Everyone should enjoy healthy eating and she wants to share that with us.

This cookbook is 272 pages long with 100 whole food recipes. There are about 80 full color photos sprinkled throughout this cookbook – I wish there was a picture for every meal! The cookbook is very easy to navigate, because there are helpful icons to indicate which recipes are Whole30, Paleo, vegetarian, gluten-free, and more. Everything looks incredible and tasty!
Eating healthy doesn’t have to be an inconvenience, in fact, with the The Whole Smiths Real Food Every Day: Healthy Recipes to Keep Your Family Happy Throughout the Week cookbook it will be easy.
