8 Delightful Thai Cookbooks Released Fall 2020

I remember the day that I tried Thai food for the first time. Growing up in the PNW I’ve been exposed to many kinds of foods, but as a kid I definitely needed to break away from just eating macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, and mashed potatoes. So this day was very special. It truly was love at first bite. Of course, I started pretty “basic” with Pad Thai and Panang curry and have expanded over time. I don’t think I have ever had anything I didn’t like. I love the variety of flavors, spice, sweet, salt… everything!

I’d love to show you some Thai cookbooks that are being released this fall!
