Looking through The Full Plate: Flavor-Filled, Easy Recipes for Families with No Time and a Lot to Do

Is it just me or does it feel like there is an enormous amount of tasks to do throughout the day? I’m not sure if it’s because I am indoors so much, but I feel like things are just piling on top of me – and I don’t have kids. Now that the days are getting darker, my motivation to cook is waning. I just want to lay on the couch most days and stare at the ceiling or take a nap. It’s easy to fall into really bad habits or start taking out the frozen meals. I’m glad a friend told me about The Full Plate: Flavor-Filled, Easy Recipes for Families with No Time and a Lot to Do, (via Amazon; affiliate link) because I need it!

One thing I love about Ayesha Curry’s cookbook is that all these recipes are down-to-earth and look tasty. I’m all for ritzy meals, but throughout the week I sometimes just want to cook some healthy tacos or a plate of pasta. This cookbook takes me out of my comfort zone, just enough, so that is it new and exciting!

There are 100 recipes to check out, all can be made in an hour or less. Yes, an hour or less! I

It is so easy to get caught up in take-out culture. Let’s face it, most take-out is unhealthy and full of salt and sugar. Curry has created healthy alternatives for our favorite go-to’s. A few examples are chicken sandwiches, tacos, pork chops, and margaritas!

These meals are efficient and look absolutely tasty. If you know Ayesha Curry, she has her plate full. Being a renowned cook, the wife of NBA star Stephen Curry, and mother of three, she probably knows a thing or two about time-management.

We all need to make sure to take care of ourselves, which does include cooking at home. Check out more of this cookbook and tell me what recipes you enjoy or are excited to try!
